After almost three decades in corporate America, I am excited to bring my experiences and passions together under my own company, RFC Strategies.
RFC Strategies focuses on data-driven optimization of technology, appreciating that large-scale implementations often miss the mark because they don't work for the people they are intended to help.
By taking a human-centered approach, combined with data analytics, RFC Strategies helps our clients accelerate technology adoption, performance, and return on investment.

I work across industry and government client organizations in a variety of leadership roles. As an expert in business strategy, process improvement, and technology adoption, I help Commercial, Non-profit, Defense, Civil, and Intelligence Community clients solve their toughest challenges. My experience spans hundreds of engagements over my career.
A lifelong learner, I hold numerous industry certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Robotic Process Automation, Knowledge Management, and Human Capital, among others.

At Booz Allen, I led a corporate investment to develop a data-driven technology adoption methodology that pulled change profile information and adoption statistics from COTS products, reducing the reliance on traditional (and error-prone) surveys, focus groups, and studies.
I was the first Booz Allen lead for the Process Improvement Pillar within the Management Consulting Functional Community (over 4000 Booz Allen employees), and then went on to lead Booz Allen’s Lean Six Sigma Community of Practice for 5 years, leading and selling business across the government, as well as developing and leading Booz Allen’s internal program to recruit, train, and certify LSS Black Belts and Master Black Belts.

As a dynamic business leader, experienced in contract, project, and proposal team management, I help my clients set up their own programs and teams for success.
My experience leading portfolios of multi-million dollar contracts across the Federal government, developing the strategy for the business portfolio, all while managing more than 1000 employees, is transferrable and valuable for small, mid-size, and large businesses, alike.
I led a team that provided a broad spectrum of advanced technology and consulting solutions in support of the Army, including global and criminal threat analyses, installations of the future, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and systems engineering.
I concurrently managed capture and business development activities and was responsible for a geographically-dispersed, multi-disciplinary team of >1000 employees. I was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources/Talent Management for the team, including annual assessments, utilization, promotions, salary increases, and employee development.
